Contest Rules
Medicine Center & Medicine Shoppe Pharmacies
- Proper identification from winner is required at time of prize pick-up. No prize will be given to anyone not listed as a winner.
- It is the responsibility of the winner to contact the pharmacy if someone other than themselves is picking up the prize.
- Prizes must be picked up within 30 days.
- Winners must be 18 years of age or older.
- Prizes will be awarded as follows: one (1) winner per household, per 30 days.
- Medicine Center or Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy gift certificates may only be redeemed at the Medicine Center or Medicine Shoppe Pharmacies and cannot be redeemed at the ½ Off & Hot Buys Store.
- We are not responsible for replacing the prize if lost or stolen.
- By participating in any Medicine Center or Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy contest(s), contestant grants Medicine Center or Medicine Shoppe Pharmacies the right to publish his/her name.
- Employees of Medicine Center or Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy and immediate family members are not eligible to win.
- Medicine Center or Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy reserves the right to substitute any prize of equal or greater value.
- Medicine Center or Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy has the final decision in any interpretation of the contest rules and determines all values to prizes.
- Medicine Center or Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy is not responsible for any prizes once they have been mailed.
- Failure to comply with all the contest rules will result in the disqualification and forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited, the prize will remain the property of Medicine Center or Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy.
- Prizes are non-transferable.
- Winners are responsible for including winnings as a taxable income on their tax return. Winners are responsible for paying taxes on that income (which equals the value of the winnings)
- No purchase is necessary.
